Lissy's Legacy of Love helps kids affected by addiction.

We need birthday applications 30 days prior to birthday.

We help kids in Summit,Wayne,Medina and Stark counties in Ohio only. 

Only legal guardian can apply.

We have one pick up day and time a month. We are a new nonprofit and have limited resources at this time. Please include gift ideas such as favorite colors ,cartoons ,movies ,bedding size ,clothing sizes ,(doll skin color) hobbies or interests. Gift pick up will be in Norton Ohio. You will receive a letter in the mail with address and time. Please make sure you send guardianship paperwork and birth certificate in order to process application. If we have helped you in the past please let us know and you will not need to resend documents.
