Elissa "Lissy" Garland

Lissy Garland was a beautiful, smart, and caring person who wanted to help others battling addiction. She had plans to return to college and become a substance abuse counselor. 

Lissy was doing great. She had a new baby boy who she adored.

On April 26,2020, which was her brother's 13th birthday, Lissy overdosed and died. Our world was shattered. We knew we had to keep Lissy's memory alive and keep her dream of helping others going. We started Lissy’s Legacy of Love to help the kids who are helpless in this fight.
