We help kids affected by addiction ages 0-18 years old (still in high school)

 

Only legal Guardian can apply for the child.

 

We need a copy of custody papers and child's birth certificate within 24 hours in order to process the application.

 

We are a small nonprofit and rely on donations from the community. Your gift suggestions may not always be granted. Please do not requested high item gifts or gift cards

 

You will receive  a letter in the mail of location and pick up date. We will have one pick up date and time.

 

If you fail to pick up your gifts we will not be able to help in the future. If you are applying for help with another agency we will not be able to assist you.

The more info you give about your child the better idea the donor has to get them items they will like or need.

Deadline to submit an application is Oct 31st or until the spots fill up.
